The Garden House is a Villa with a magnificent garden, situated in located at Cascais, about 20-30 minutes from Lisbon.
The Villa has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with fireplace, upright piano, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, two complete, a billiard room, a balcony on the 1st floor, a beautifull fireplace and a barbeque at the ourside of the house.
At check in a touristic tax of 2€ per adult per night, till a maximum of 7 nights, will be charged, being an adult with equal or more than 13 years old.
The Villa has about 270 m2 and garden with a 700 m2, completely wooded and lawned, which invites you to contemplate nature and enjoy a meal or a drink on the lawn with barbecue area, or on the two terraces.
The Villa has 2 bedrooms on first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Perfect for two families.
You can park the car outside the Villa in front of the gate.

The Villa is equipped with cable tv with over 80 channels and wifi internet.
It is located in a very quiet and tree-lined area within a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk from the famous Guincho beach.
Near the Villa, you also have Mini market, Tennis court, Equestrian Center, Surf School, Restaurants, etc.
Guest Access:
When booking for 4 or fewer guests, the first floor is closed and without access.
When booking for 6 or fewer guests, we only open 3 bedroom .
When booking for more than 6, the Villa is completely available.

Check-in must be done after 16 h (4:00 pm) (we can arrange it earlier, by demand) and must be carried out until 22 h (10:00 pm).
Check out must be done by 11 hrs (11:00 am)
For legal obligation, at check in, it will be necessary to photograph the identification document, (passport, and/ or citizen’s card) of all the guests.

Usage Rules:
Upright Piano and Billiards – Not permitted for use by children;
Fireplace – It should be used with care and should be off when Clients are absent from the villa;
Heating – All equipment must be turned off when Customers are absent from the villa;
Barbecue – After use it is mandatory that the customer proceed to its cleaning; Gas – The stove must always have its burners turned off when not in use and Customers must ensure that the gas of the water heater and the stove is closed whenever not in use;
Customers when absent from the villa are required to lock all access, including main door and gate access to the property;
Customers should make careful use of the garden and leave it clean after use;
The host will meet the guests for the check in and check out.
A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The garden maintenance team may have to come and do maintenance every two weeks. We will notify you of the date on the day of check in

Quinta de Santo António (QSA), is a unique space, full of glamor and a lot of history (XIX century), and is located in a green area, close to the Penha Longa Resort (PLR) hotel and side to side with the race track of Estoril. A few minutes from Cascais Shopping mall, golf courses, Cascais/Guincho beaches and good access.
Consisting of two floors. The superior one has 3 suites (two rooms with 3 single beds and one room with a double bed). On the ground floor, there is the kitchen in open space with the living room and a big fire place. It has several terraces, gardens and swimming pool.

Sintra
Local Café/Restaurante Ribeira Unidos – a few meters up the road from the square. Lunch only. Open 12.00-15.00. Closed on Sundays.
Penha Longa Resort – located next to QSA, this private condominium has a luxury hotel and a choice of different restaurants. This includes two restaurants awarded with 1 star Michelin each: Midori and Lab. Midori is as Asian restaurant. The only asian restaurant in Portugal with 1 michelin star. Lab transports customers on an innovative and exciting gastronomic journey.
Please note: The side entrance to the PL resort is only open until 8pm. The main entrance is located on the north side. On the main road drive north towards Sintra, at second roundabout go round back down. First exit – Estrada Lagoa Azul. The PLR is the first on the left.
Linhó is the closest village to QSA and towards Sintra off the main road. It has the following restaurants:
