Magnolia Beach House, is a family-run villa set in an area of villas near the Sintra-Cascais natural park and in the upper area of Cascais, Alcabideche. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, with large areas and fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a garden with a small pool and barbecue area, where you can enjoy moments of leisure.
It is next to a small farm where there are some domesticated animals.
You can walk to restaurants, drugstores, bakeries and supermarkets.

The space
The living room has two sofas and TV with international channels, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, dishes, and silverware. It has washing machine, dish-washer, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
It has a barbecue with a support table for barbecuing and on the Terrace, a dining table. In the garden, there are sun loungers, as well as chairs and a side table for glasses.

About this space
Villa Penedo offers a modern fully equiped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, private pool, garden, barbecue and dining area. The Villa is about 2km from São Pedro beach, ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing or paddle boarding and in this area there is a huge promenade that is wonderful for long walks to Cascais. Guests can also find restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance.

Guests will have access to all areas of the property, backyard, garden, barbecue and private pool.

Other things to keep in mind
When checking in, guests have to pay, in cash, a tourist tax, charged by Cascais City Council, which is 2 euros per person (over 13 years old) for a maximum of seven nights. Guests must also present a valid identification document (passport or citizen card) to present to SEF.
When making a reservation, always point out the exact number of guests, to avoid future corrections to the reservation price.
During the months of June, July, August and until September 15th the minimum stay is 7 nights.
