Luz do Estoril fica localizado no centro da nobre zona da Amoreira, no Estoril.

O apartamento está perto da praia (1.2 quilómetros) da praia do Tamariz, onde pode encontrar ótimos restaurantes, cafés, supermercados e a pouco tempo da estação de comboios que liga a Lisboa-Cascais.
Lisboa e Cascais encontram-se 30-45 minutos de distância.
Tem vista desafogada, da varanda.
Apartamento está bem equipado, com quarto de cama de casal, um wc renovado, sala com kitchenette e uma varanda.

O sofá pode ser transformado em cama. Dessa forma podemos receber um máximo de 3 hóspedes.

O estádio de futebol onde a equipa de futebol do Estoril-Praia habitualmente joga, encontra-se a uns 5 minutos a pé.

Apartment with a great balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea and located next to the historic center of Paço de Arcos,where you can find great restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc.
The beach is an 5-minute walk away.
Lisbon and Cascais are 20-30 minutes away.

The Property:

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette and a nice balcony. On the balcony there is a table where you can have meals or simply sit on the comfortable chairs and drink a drink enjoying the magnificent sunset with a panoramic view over the historic center of the village, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

Parking: Own car – Parking in front of the building is paid between 9:00h and 19:00h from Monday to Friday and Saturday between 9:00h and 13:00h.

Train: The station is located 100m from the building with trains every 10 minutes.
