The Property:

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette and a nice balcony. On the balcony there is a table where you can have meals or simply sit on the comfortable chairs and drink a drink enjoying the magnificent sunset with a panoramic view over the historic center of the village, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

Parking: Own car – Parking in front of the building is paid between 9:00h and 19:00h from Monday to Friday and Saturday between 9:00h and 13:00h.

Train: The station is located 100m from the building with trains every 10 minutes.

The Atrium Condominium is located in one of the most luxurious areas of the coastal region of Lisbon and distinct from Cascais, Vila de Cascais-Guia, on the first line of the sea. The kitchenette is equipped with hob + electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
On the balcony you can enjoy a table with chairs and a hammock bed.

Qtª Stº António, Country House – Penha Longa Sintra

The Space
Quinta de Santo António (QSA), is a unique space, full of glamor and a lot of history (XIX century), and is located in a green area, close to the Penha Longa Resort (PLR) hotel and side to side with the race track of Estoril. A few minutes from Cascais Shopping mall, golf courses, Cascais/Guincho beaches and good access.
Consisting of two floors. The superior one has 3 suites (two rooms with 3 single beds and one room with a double bed). On the ground floor, there is the kitchen in open space with the living room and a big fire place. It has several terraces, gardens and swimming pool.

Other things to note
Sintra
Local Café/Restaurante Ribeira Unidos – a few meters up the road from the square. Lunch only. Open 12.00-15.00. Closed on Sundays.
Penha Longa Resort – located next to QSA, this private condominium has a luxury hotel and a choice of different restaurants. This includes two restaurants awarded with 1 star Michelin each: Midori and Lab. Midori is as Asian restaurant. The only asian restaurant in Portugal with 1 michelin star. Lab transports customers on an innovative and exciting gastronomic journey.

Please note: The side entrance to the PL resort is only open until 8pm. The main entrance is located on the north side. On the main road drive north towards Sintra, at second roundabout go round back down. First exit – Estrada Lagoa Azul. The PLR is the first on the left.

Linhó is the closest village to QSA and towards Sintra off the main road. It has the following restaurants:
O Tavares – Lunch and Dinner. Booking advised. Serves Portuguese food and is known for its grilled fish. Indoor and outdoor seating.

O Convívio – Lunch only – very small family-owned restaurant. Portuguese dishes. Booking a table is recommended. Indoor seating only.

Camilo Casa de Petiscos – Lunch only. Local serves simple portuguese dishes and tapas. Outdoor seating.

Hamburgueria do Bairro – Homemade hamburgers Lunch & Dinner.

Quinta de Beloura located next to the village of Linhó.
Sushi Fashion – Japanese food.
Mourisco – Pestana Sintra Golf Hotel – serves food buffet style and is located next to the golf course.

Alcabideche – a small town and 10-minute drive from QSA in the direction of Cascais.
Traquitanas – Portuguese food and family opened this in 1978. A variety of fish and meat dishes. Indoor and outdoor seating. Reservation recommended.

Típico Aires – Portuguese food – family owned. Known for its meat and fish dishes. Indoor and outdoor seating. Reservation recommended.

Ponto Verde – Portuguese food cataplana is a speciality. Indoor and outdoor seating.
